Job Description

System Integrators channel Leader

  • Executes the growth strategy for his/her accounts, executes the Sales process to achieve growth target and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with IS
  • Introduce and promote the complete Industrial Automation Hardware and Software offer in terms of strengths, value, and possibilities
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
  • Collaboration with other colleagues managing other channel to maximize global Schneider Electric results.

Key requirements

  • Minimum experience 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • The candidate must have a great ability to learn and embrace new technologies, good interpersonal skills, be dynamic, flexible, and passionate Regular animation, visits, events, etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Team Player and collaborator across functions
  • Capability to work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High degree of initiative and pro-active approach
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
