System Integrators channel Leader
- Executes the growth strategy for his/her accounts, executes the Sales process to achieve growth target and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with IS
- Introduce and promote the complete Industrial Automation Hardware and Software offer in terms of strengths, value, and possibilities
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
- Collaboration with other colleagues managing other channel to maximize global Schneider Electric results.
- Minimum experience 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- The candidate must have a great ability to learn and embrace new technologies, good interpersonal skills, be dynamic, flexible, and passionate Regular animation, visits, events, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Team Player and collaborator across functions
- Capability to work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High degree of initiative and pro-active approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
