We looking for a hungry, talented sales professional to help us better understand our customers and build relationships with all types of companies across the county.
You'll be onboarded by our Chief Director of Sales, and we'll rely on you to quickly master our existing sales messaging and tools, pave the way to improve it, and constantly provide feedback to our team about what's working, what's not, and how we can make our service better every day.
EVERY WEEK, YOU WILL:Respond to inbound event requests and work with clients to understand their needs and set up amazing digital events for themOrganize and lead sales calls with prospective clients to walk through how our events work and help establish trust with our offerings
Collaborate with the operations team to understand the feasibility and accommodate special requestsFollow up with the inbounds who have 'gone cold', in an effort to keep them activated and moving forward in the processReport out on goals and progressBe incredibly organized and on top of the details, so that we never lose track of any of hundreds of concurrent conversations
Proactively identify areas in the sales process for improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve themParticipate in sales meetings and articulate market feedback to the entire teamLearn an insane amount about every aspect of building a company
YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:Communicates orally and in writing with speed, efficiency, and a healthy dose of friendliness and personalityHas strong emotional intelligence that enables you to read and react to other people's writing
