We are recruitingaSenior Accountant / Account Payable Manager (M/F)for our client,a Pharmaceutical Group with production facilityin Morocco.

+Mission:

- Managesall account payables of the company;

- Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable process related to key suppliers, and become the central point of contact for key suppliers;

- Ensure that incoming invoices are processed and paid on time as well as balance reconciliation and follow up on open purchase orders;

- Reconciling key supplier statements and initiating calls with key suppliers;

- Actively following up on key supplier invoices pending with the business;

- Liaises with the banks;

- Setsup, develops and drives the best possible internal account payable policies;

- Reporting month end key performance indicators and potential recurring issues, and indicate areas of improvement.

+Profil :

- Master's degreein Accounting and Finance;

- At least 5 years experiencein Accounting and Account payable management;

- Ability to set up an account payable management system from scratch;

- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP) and PO process;

High English proficiency;

- IT literate and advanced in Excel;

-Rigorous, autonomous;

- Proven methodical andanalytical skills;

-Strong communication and interpersonnal skills;

- Hands on and solution driven mindset.
