The British Academy School Marrakech is an independent school catering from EYFS to Secondary students.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support.Qualifications
●University Degree in Business management, Finance or information system●advance level in English and French speaking, listening, reading. and writing.Skills
●Good knowledge of MS office and Google docs●IT Skills●Excellent negotiation, and mathematical skills, as well as attention to detail.●Time management.
●Patience and resilienceTasks
●Overseeing the organisation information systems and manage IT issues●Coordinating with the third parties for technical issues●Welcoming parents, providing them with information and supports them in the choice of uniforms
●Inventory Update: Keeping, maintaining, and updating records of quantities and articles.●Stationary: Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.●Managing supplier databases and Researching new suppliers and needs.●Getting and comparing prices from several suppliers and preparing cost analyses
●Visiting Suppliers and negotiating prices and delivery dates.Availability
ImmediatelyRequirements
Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Ability to multitask.
