What You’ll Achieve

• As a Business Operations Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
  

You will :

• Provide Operational guidance in line with DTS GBS Vision as well as oversee day to day operational activities of services with Program leads in ISSC, Morocco, NA & Ireland.
• Represent the team in Process/ System meetings and projects as well as Coordinate & Review Global Capacity Forecasting and oversight the escalation path
• Facilitate regular reviews with RSLs to identify, document, and drive standardization & best practices including Process SOPs, T&D, QA and Reporting
• Manage & Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) with Regional Service Leads (RSL) to present to leadership & Customers
• Subject Matter Experts in New Business Development engagements & New Tools
  
  

Essential Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of related experience with a strong understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to work independently and successfully influence senior decision makers
• Strong project management skills and change management experience
• Strong analytical & reporting experience
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Problem solving skills as well as the ability to work cross-functional at all levels and anticipate change to redirect team efforts accordingly
• Knowledge of Ariba, SFDC, Lightening, Financial Force, and Oracle.
