Poste :

We are looking for a B2B Lead Manager for a business development project based in Rabat and covering multiple European markets with different specificities and languages. The B2B Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a database of prospective clients as well as ensuring the efficiency of the prospection strategy and its implementation and follow-up amongst each and every business development representative.


Job Duties –

The B2B Lead Manager’s duties will include but not be limited to the following:

 

  • Establish a research plan for every single designated region;
  • Prospect the market and identify potential businesses and niches markets within each designated region;
  • Establish a relevant list for each designated region;
  • Document all the information pertaining to the targeted businesses in order to ensure a smooth and seamless undertaking by the Business Development Representative;
  • Regularly update the database to ensure that solely relevant businesses are included and that all pertaining information is accurate;
  • Manage the flow of leads to BDRs at the right volume
  • Cross-check duplicates against internal lists and what the BDR teams have contacted.
  • Manage and analyze SFDC database and update when required.
  • Follow up on the provided leads, gauge the rate of conversion, measure BDRs performance and identify quality issues and coaching areas in order to improve prospection success rate;
  • Establish and follow-up on the weekly and monthly reporting and share it with relevant partners;
  • Coach, mentor and develop agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities.
  • Provide direction and guidance to guarantee the consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
