Poste :

  • Analyze expected profiles and adapt research based on job descriptions and framing sessions.
  • Write job offers and post them on the various job boards (job site, social media, etc.).
  • Management and animation of digital content.
  • Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
  • Preselection of applications, evaluate and select the best.
  • Ensure that all candidates pass the appropriate and specific tests corresponding to the position for which they will be recruited.
  • lead collective or individual recruitment sessions.
  • Organized in collaboration with operational staff, the interviews.
  • Ensure rigorous follow up on your new hires onboarding and integration according to the Onboarding for all program.
  • Complete and update the monitoring tools (dashboards recruitment contact database, etc.) 

Profil recherché :

  • Diploma in human resources, business or communication.
  • Be omnipresent on social media and build up external market intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in French and in English.
  • Basics of Moroccan labor legislation.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Access.
  • Discretion, organization, sociable character, excellent interpersonal skills
