Our recruiting team is expanding rapidly, be a part of our growth, be a part of something special. Make a difference ! We are on the hunt for clients-minded individuals interested in changing a typical recruiter role to a role of Business Development Advisor In Recruitment with and without previous experience in recruitment, but with following requirements :

Your role is to take responsibility for :

  • Become a trusted advisor who provides proactive support and execution in recruiting and retaining value-added advice.
  • Involvement and support of clients and candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle through the maintenance of long-term relationships.
  • Lead in search with your clients, mapping industries to get and identify the best candidate profiles.
  • Promote data integrity by updating and auditing tools and reports to find and track candidates used across the enterprise.
  • Contribution to constant improvements to team processes, reporting, standards to change our recruitment infrastructure.
