As a calculator you are responsible for:
You are responsible for the calculations of the offers in consultation with the manager and sellers.If necessary, you visit potential site locations to collect the necessary data.
You prepare price calculations and analyze new projects based on technical data.You calculate cost prices, prepare the quotation, and investigate possible variant versions.
You keep an eye on the market and exchange market knowledge.You check measurement states.
You work closely with the project leaders and the purchaser within the company and you report to the head of purchasing.
ProfilePreferably You have experience in construction or architecture.
You work accurately and result-oriented.You have a practical attitude and a smooth communication style english and french.
You work well together in a team, but you can also work independently.You master the most common office packages and photoshop.
Technical background is mandatory
