Poste proposé : Candidate Recruiter – Sales/Business Development

We are an established and rapidly growing multi-million dollar US based Company that is seeking Candidate Recruiters who will be based in our office in Casablanca. You will be working with our Sr Account Managers in the US – who will Train you on the specific Industry/Role details and support you directly as you help us grow our business in the US.  

As a Candidate Recruiter you will make 50 plus phone calls per day to Title Insurance Professionals and other related Real Estate professionals. You will introduce yourself and develop relationships with them to better understand who they are, what they want to do in their career, and you will work to understand what they have to offer. You will continue this process over a number of calls. Once the candidate is qualified and ready to move on to the next step, the Candidate Recruiter will then set the appointment up with the Account Manager. Candidate Recruiter’s Goal: Find Qualified Candidates & Set Appointments

This position is a blend of

  • Sales, Business Development, Recruiting and Research.  

The Compensation will be Salary + Commissions (The Bonus structure has the potential to be very substantial). If you are very motivated, hard-working, ambitious and can translate your work into success the Sky is the Limit for your Total Compensation Package.

  • Fluent in English: Slight accent is ok – However you MUST be fully comfortable and able to properly and clearly articulate/conversate in English. Ability to read and write properly in English for communication purposes. Having lived/studied in the USA, Canada or the UK is not a requirement but would be a plus. 
  • A background in Sales and/or Business Development (2years+) is very helpful and would be highly preferred.
