As leader of the clinical projects, the Clinical Project Manager (CPM) is accountable for delivering the projects to clients on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing detailed and realistic budget (including resources) and timelines (including alternative scenario). Monitoring and managing project budget and resource needs.
- Accountable for reporting on study progress (timing, budget, resource needs, quality, action plans, etc.), for pro-actively highlighting risks & potential issues, and for proposing
solutions/ensuring resolution plans are implemented on a timely manner.
- Acts as a central point of contact for knowledge of overall clinical study status and issues and for issue escalation to upper management.
- Responsible to develop study project plan including but not limited communication plan, monitoring plan, risk management plan.
- Responsible to assist in protocol creation, CRF development, etc.

Qualifications:

- University degree in pharmacy, medicine, health sciences, bioengineering or related field
- Strong experience in monitoring and management/coordination of one or several aspect of clinical projects in the pharmaceutical industry, in the medical device industry or in a CRO
