Job Description

• We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in a sizable port project in Morocco, Laayoune of around 500mil USD.

Role summary :

• You will be involved in impactful mega international EPC Projects, and you will have the opportunity to be part of multidisciplinary teams and grow within a world class team.
• You will be responsible for all delivery aspects of the project scope (planning and coordination) ensuring effective controls and procedures are in place on the site.

 What you will need to do :

• Plan and coordinate all the construction activities to achieve the construction requirements, so to ensure the project will be completed to a high quality, according to schedule

• Develop Construction Executive Plans, including constructability programs

• Manage various contractors and suppliers; and coordinate the sub-contractors’ activities

• Manage the expenses throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues

• Ensure that all processes are in place to make sure there are no accidents (HSE excellence is one of the most important values for Archirodon)

• Able to develop three (3) months lookahead schedules and report progress

• Develop presentations to management

What you will need to have :

• Meng Civil Engineering

• Minimum ten (10) years of work experience on large infrastructure/industrial projects

• Highly versed in sizeable, highly complex (> 150 mil value could be a good indicator) infrastructure and/or industrial projects such as bridges, utilities, civil works of Oil & Gas (e.g., power plants, pipelines), heavy concrete industrial works (such as major buildings, pumphouses, raft foundations, trough foundations, substations, abutments, concrete tank structures, precast works etc.) working for a Tier 1 contractor

• At least two successfully delivered EPC projects, out of which one as a Construction Manager

• Excellent command (written and oral) of English language

• Excellent command (written and oral) of French language, will be considered as an added advantage
