Poste :

Job purpose : Drives the implementation and the maintenance of Quality, Environement, Health and Safety Managemant System at regional/Country level and ensures its coherence & compliance within Quality and EH&S standards and ORM's and direct customer requirements. Providing effective & efficient incentives and technical support and leading continous improvement on the Quality, Environment Health and Safety Mangement Systems.

Main activities :

- Defines and reviews and request review for all the areas regional/country documents (Manuals, procedures, instructions, forms) review and approval by concerned function/organization and by updating document list and folders under latest revision status in accordance with corporate rules, policies and customer requirements.

- Assure the implementation Systems coming from Corporate documentation ( Manuals, procedures, instructions, forms) on Region-Country level.

- Perform System and documentary audits according to the-audit plan by evaluating the conformity of system /documentation, reviews and communicates the audit results & containment action plans defined with the local process owners and monitors its realization status and effectiveness regarding each identified deviation in order to ensure Management Systems coherence.

- Communicates the global annual system audits planning regarding internal systems & certifications inside the Region-Country Monitors its conduct, defines, follows up and requests or define as a regional-country action plans to correct the deviations.
