We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client operating in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Morocco.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will manage the following missions:

• Maintenance of Customer forecast-data in ERP
• Check on order conditions with contract; order creation in ERP; creation of order confirmations
• Secure timely sale of orders taking into account the Customers' wish date
• Determin of transport packaging (creation of delivery notes)
• Post goods-issue
• Ordering forwarders for pick-up / informing the customer of readiness
• Assigning certificates of analysis for each delivery
• Consideration of Incoterms
• Creation of credit/debit notes
• Management of basic sales data ( material, customer-data, prices)
• Proactive Customer follow-up and communication by phone, e-mail, etc.

Specific skills :

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience as Customer Support
• English is a must
• ERP knowledge / MS Office
• Knowledge in Supply Chain  /Customer Care
• Administrative order handling
• Skills in transport organization
• Skills in Export regulations
