Our company works in scientific publishing and authors services.
We are hiring a web project manager. The manager will have to:
• Sets the budget, scope, and timeline for digital projects.
• Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member.
• Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress.
• Drafts reports with key metrics.
• Writes project status reports for the team and key executives.
• Addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables.
• Works with team members individually to resolve any issues.
• Hosts project recap meetings to gather team feedback.
• Helps present the final website or app project to executives.

After a six months trial period, the position will be for a term of three (3) years, with the possibility of several extensions, and comes with benefits. This is a 40-hour workweek with a hybrid workplace model.

Web Project Manager Education, Qualifications and Skills:
• Holds a master’s degree.
• Has a certification from a Management Institute (strongly preferred).
• Has sufficient project management experience is required.
• Speaks English.
• Knows how to use common project management software.
• Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Communicates effectively and is comfortable leading team meetings.
• Demonstrates time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
