About the role

Your role is to prepare and conduct training sessions in accordance with the expectations of the company and the client.

Ensure the proper integration of new employees and participate in the development of the skills of the production teams in order to contribute to the maintenance and development of the centre's knowledge and skills.

What You'll Do

To manage the learning and professional development of the agents, virtual and classroom based training programs.

  • Adaptation and design of training actions
  • Adapt, correct, develop training modules (e.g. personalized handling of training books, creation of new content, educational processes, knowledge tests, etc.)
  • Design training sessions
  • Preparation and animation of training sessions
  • Provide administrative and logistical management of training (ex: collect the supporting documents, check the material,...)
  • Animate the training and regulate the group (eg: structuring one's speech, speaking in public, managing conflicts, etc.)
  • Controlling and monitoring the progress of trainees
  • Attend quality and training meetings with the client
