Poste proposé : Financial Controller
Netis Group is looking for a Financial Controller to join many subsidiaries across Africa, with possibility of expatriation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the reliability of the company's accounts and the establishment of financial and accounting documents in accordance with the legislation.
- Supervise the missions of management control and the preparation of results.
- Develop the company's budget and plan in accordance with the Group's strategic orientations
- Develop the company's financing plans and validate the cash budgets meeting the needs of external financing.
- Monitor the cash flow situation, analyze the discrepancies observed in relation to forecasts.
- Define and follow the credit policy in collaboration with the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, ensure legal and contractual monitoring.
- Guarantee the reliability of financial information.
- Ensure relations with regulatory authorities.
- Supervise the internal audit missions of the company's departments.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Financial Controller
- Master or more in management, finance-accounting, control-accounting-audit
- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
- Knowledge in finance, accounting, social and business law, taxation, audit, management control.
- Cross-disciplinary and hierarchical management
- English essential
- Organization, adaptation and rigor
- Critical and synthetic mind, intellectual integrity
