Were looking for a HR professional with 2 to 4 years experience, for HR assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered, and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment..

Based in Casablanca, youll be part of the Signify team in Morocco, so solution oriented and problem solving must be in your DNA. Working with the HR team at Signify is dynamic. Being a global company, one would need to interact with people in the local as well as global team; hence we need someone who is not only fluent in Arabic and French but also in English.

We need you to assist our HR Business Partner with operational tasks. The HR Business Partner is based in Istanbul and is responsible for Turkey and the entire Maghreb region. This is a very exciting and challenging role basis the complexity of our business and market and our growth plans. Your focus will also be on implementing policies and procedures to get the organization more stable. You should be well versed with the labour laws of Morocco

What youll do

• Performing, as a specialized officer, work on HR assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered, and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.
• Work autonomously within established procedures and practices for both functions.
• Assist in drafting limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting process activities
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Update Absence Manager and work on attendance reports
• Supporting the implementation of engagement and internal comms agenda.
• Assist in promoting e-learning at Signify
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed and handling social insurance-related requests
• Escalating any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
• Insurance contracts: Health insurance related requests and issues.
• Administrative support: all kind of letters, translations, attestations, tenders documentation, etc.
• Assist legal in personnel-related matters
• Piloting any project handed by the Management

What youll need

• A Bachelors' Degree with atleast 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of the labour laws of Morocco
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, French & Arabic
• The right attitude, to learn and grow with the organization
• Customer service focus
• Show determination to achieve excellent results
• Team player
• To demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and build effective and trusting relationships with different stakeholders
• Understanding of other functions and ability to contribute effectively in their problems
