What You’ll Achieve


  • As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell’s products and services fit into their solutions.

You will :

  • Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services

  • Be responsible for opportunities detection in an Omni-channel approach

  • Be responsible to provide the best experience to customers, and the best business profitability

  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results

  • Participate actively in Virtual meetings with respective Managers and support functions

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services

  • Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs

  • Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate

  • Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in a sales position

Desirable Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience

  • Computer & Digital technologies knowledge.
