Join us as an Account Manager on our Inside Distribution in Casablanca, to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What You’ll Achieve

  • As an Inside Distributor Account Manager, you will drive demand and revenue with our channel partners, provide support to the field sales teams, cover strategy and execution and focus on new and existing accounts.

You will :

  • Meet and exceed assigned volume sales target(s) and quota(s) by prospecting, identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle

  • Ascertain distributor needs, describe product capabilities, answer customer queries and ultimately sell products. Sell within the Western region and negotiate pricing within established norm

  • Develop and implement aggressive account strategies to “manufacture deals” that will increase Dell volume sales revenue and provide a logical, cost-effective investment for the customer by researching and understanding customer trends and buying patterns. Develop, align and execute sales strategies in support and coordination with Dell Sales strategies to maximize revenue generation

  • Anticipate the distributor’s needs and maintain excellent customer service through to the close of sale

  • Establish, manage and cultivate relationships with key decision makers for new, existing and prospective accounts, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and French. English is a plus

  • Solid understanding of Dell’s technology solutions, as well as industry trends and competition

  • Focus on customers and positive results

  • Excellent communications skills and ability to maintain composure and calm under stress

  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a Sales function.
