Poste :

Purpose:
- Support and execute the IT implementation and technology integration development from IT & OT Infrastructure perspective based on APMT standard solutions as well as comply to TM2 terminal specific processes and interfaces/applications.
- Ensure adherence of best practices regarding IT solutions, incl. recommendations for usage from other APM Terminals/Regions.
- Support and execution of IT services & projects within the Network and Communication area ensuring fulfilment of SLA established with the other functions.
- Support and execution of IT support activities ensuring fulfilment of SLA established with the other functions.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies by identifying saving opportunities or by manifesting cost conscious approach.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support services, including but not limited to Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers and mobile phones
- Provide support, conduct maintenance, resolve incidents and implement change for local IT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including, but not limited to datacenter racks, cabling, network and server equipment.
- Provide support, conduct maintenance, resolve incident and implement change for local OT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including but not limited to CCTV/OCR equipment, biometric readers, radio equipment and VMTs
- Support the regional IT service delivery team when they require hands-on onsite IT/OT support for incident and change management
- Install and replace end user and IT/OT infrastructure hardware devices
- Resolve incidents within agreed service levels
- Participate in regional CAB

WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY:

Internal
- TM2 system users at the terminal where the relationship is also shared for day to day IT support.

External
- External contractors or business partners part of the implementation team where the relationship is also shared for finding a solution to a user generated problem

Who we are looking for :

QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Minimum Bac +2 in Network and System
- Microsoft and Cisco certified professionals will be preferred (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE)

EXPERIENCE :
- Requires at least 2 years (larger/automated/more complex) of computer network administration or IT communications experience, in a medium to large organization.

SKILLS :
- Must have thorough understanding of LAN/WAN and server architecture for installation, administration, and on-going maintenance.
- Relevant experience with Cisco Wireless Technologies
- Must have a thorough understanding of applied networks technologies including: protocols, RF, optical ring topology, fiber connections and types etc.
- Must have a thorough understanding, Voice telephony and related infrastructure.
- Requires demonstrated knowledge of IT-related hardware and software systems.
- Requires demonstrated ability and knowledge to troubleshoot a wide variety of infrastructure network and communication problems as they arise in the workplace.
- Must be familiar with various Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Must be multi-task oriented with proven ability to execute several activities simultaneously.
- Must have good analytical skills to be able to relate and analyse the business requirements and configure the Infrastructure to meet the business needs.
- Understanding of Port Equipment, Automated systems and controls and related industrial infrastructures architecture could be an added advantage;
- Proven ability to work under cross functional teams having high levels of collaboration
- Proven ability to establish and maintain technical and process documentation for both project implementation phase and post implementation operations.

Languages :
-Speak/Write/Understand English on working and communication level is a must.
- Knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
