Key Account Associate

Location: Morocco, Casablanca

Contract: Permanent

Johnson & Johnson has an immediate opening for Key Accounts Associate role in Morocco.

Overall Purpose Of This Job

The Key Account Associate (KAA), reporting to the business unit manager, is a key link between the company and the healthcare professionals, especially pharmacists. The KAA is the company first contact for hospital pharmacists and private pharmacists of specialty. He will ensure implementation of key programs and follow-up of needs with these customers. The KAA works strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company products and to ensure optimal and continuous product availability in public or private institutions and private pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities Are

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
  • Develops and enhances contact network with Key pharmacists/stakeholders
  • Builds sustainable positive and strategic relationships with with key pharmacists in institutions (public hospitals or semi-public foundations) and in main private centers (private pharmacies of specialty and private clinics).
  • Understands customers and Hospital market insights to ensure achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Ensure follow-up of sales in and sales out with key pharmacists
  • Support stakeholders in institutions and in main private centers to better assess their products needs (tenders, conventions, orders).
  • Ensure follow-up of stocks, orders and deliveries in institutions and main private centers in collaboration with Key Account Managers of the distributor.
  • Ensure follow-up of sale out in institutions and main private centers in collaboration with sales reps.
  • Implement discount schemes in institutions and private centers in collaboration with Key Account Managers of the distributor.
  • Participate to monthly tender meetings with the distributor and sales manager.
  • Contribute to the development of Market Access
  • Deploy and ensure follow-up of Patient Access Programs in private centers in close collaboration with sales manager and the distributor.
  • Contribute to better understanding of HCPs and patients needs to facilitate access to our products
  • Contribute to value-story preparation with market access manager by reflecting pharmacists needs.
  • Ensure pharmacists have optimal knowledge on our TAs and products
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest products information & clinical data and value-story provided by the company.
  • Present and discuss this data with pharmacists during face-to-face / digital and group meetings
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in the healthcare system anticipating potential opportunities and risks on the business and adapt strategy accordingly to help in shaping the healthcare environment
  • Compliance Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and, where applicable, appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects, and contracting vendors.
  • Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and, where applicable, complied when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors.
  • Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualized Job Description.
  • Comply with local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy on Business Conduct (PBC).
  • Report Adverse Events and product quality complaints as per J&J Pharmacovigilance guidelines on timely basis.

Qualifications

Required
  • Education: Degree in sciences and/or commercial
  • Years of Experience: minimum 5 Year-experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialty care)
  • Language: French-English-Arabic
  • Location: Casablanca/Rabat
  • Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure contribution to the companys regular reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
  • Careful monitoring on actions
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focus (internal and external)
  • Ability to work with complex tasks
  • Capable of delivering compliance and understanding SOPs to support teams in consolidating appropriate documentation of activities
