Poste :
- You'll work closely with the Learning and Development Manager and help manage important L&D events.
- Help assist in designing, developing and delivering creative and innovative training solutions for Atos employees
- Work closely with the L&D teams across Africa, to deliver learning solutions that meet business needs
- Assist evaluating solutions effectively, measuring return on investment and expectations
- Select and evaluate training partners
Contrat : internship - trial period.
Profil recherché :
- You have a masters degree in Human Resource Or in Communications.
- You also have Fluent communication skills in both english and french
Must-have soft skills :
- Ability to interact and communicate with people of all levels, from graduates to senior leaders
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan, organise and coordinate tasks and people
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
