Poste :

  • You'll work closely with the Learning and Development Manager and help manage important L&D events.
  • Help assist in designing, developing and delivering creative and innovative training solutions for Atos employees
  • Work closely with the L&D teams across Africa, to deliver learning solutions that meet business needs
  • Assist evaluating solutions effectively, measuring return on investment and expectations
  • Select and evaluate training partners

 

Contrat : internship - trial period.

Profil recherché :

  • You have a masters degree in Human Resource Or in Communications.
  • You also have Fluent communication skills in both english and french

Must-have soft skills :

  • Ability to interact and communicate with people of all levels, from graduates to senior leaders
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to plan, organise and coordinate tasks and people   
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
