Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in defining the company’s brand and raising brand awareness through multiple channels such as social media, websites, and public relations. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the branding of FAR Group, the overarching brand, and its five (5) sub-brands.
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Vice President of Finance & Contracts.
A successful Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate the company’s values in their day-to-day work:
Innovation - Collaboration - Ownership - Loyalty – Integrity
Duties
· Develop and deploy a uniform visual identity for each brand.
o Design and update logos as necessary
o Develop and update letterhead, marketing materials
o Distribute and enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniform usage of corporate brand
· Implement a Public Relations strategy to enhance the visibility and creditability of FAR Group’s executive leadership
o Update executive leadership’s LinkedIn Profiles, websites, and other online presence
o Pursue interview and public speaking engagements to boost creditability and visibility of the executive leadership
· Maintain social media accounts
o Ensure, at minimum, weekly posts made on all social media accounts.
o Respond to all inbound messages and ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely fashion
· Maintain websites and domains
o Update websites periodically with new information utilizing WordPress
o Update overall website layouts and designs as appropriate utilizing WordPress
o Manage website domains/hosting
· Collaborate with other departments to provide marketing and design support on other projects throughout the company.
Skills Required
· Strong written English ability (required)
· Strong WordPress skills (required)
· Familiar with Facebook and LinkedIn
· Capable of basic graphic design tasks
· Creativity and Innovation
