Job Description:Office Administration Manager

Recruitment Object: Lady

Job Responsibilities:

1、New employee recruitment and onboarding:
(1)、Recruit vacant positions and organize candidate interviews;
(2)、Establish a human resource warehouse;
(3)、Handle employees' conversion, resignation, promotion, etc.
2、Personnel administrative affairs processing:
(1)Assist and deal with daily affairs (receiving and dispatching express delivery, sending prototypes, sending gifts, etc.), undertaking various matters temporarily reported by superiors, and reporting to superiors.
(2)According to the relevant regulations of personnel file management, do a good job in the organization of company personnel files and informatization update, do a good job in file confidentiality management, do a good job in the change, renewal, termination, and early termination of labor contracts for branch employees, and properly handle labor disputes, etc.
(3)Organize corporate culture construction.
3、Assist the daily operation of the branch company:
(1)、 Organize morning meetings, weekly meetings, monthly and quarterly meetings;
(2) 、Assist Product Manager to organize team product training;
(3) 、Procurement of office supplies;
(4) 、Manage attendance and leave records.

Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, human resources major is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration management.
2、Familiar with Moroccan national and local labor and personnel policies and regulations, especially social insurance and labor relations.
3、Familiar with and proficient in the process of each work module of human resource management and administrative management capabilities.
4、Have strong team leadership ability, strong sense of responsibility and fairness, good communication skills, adaptability and proficiency in human resources professional skills.
