We are looking for Operational and Inventory Control Specialist
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• To carry out operational and financial audits of stores in accordance with the determined quality standards and planned audit dates,
• Checking the compliance of legal processes in stores,
• Supervising the company's compliance with procedures and regulations,
• To provide visual compliance inspections of stores,
• Supervising the compliance of the stores in the stock management processes,
• Performing accelerated and out-of-scope audits,
• Performing risk audits,
• To detect irregularities other than the audit criteria and to report the losses,
• Protecting the confidentiality of company information
• To determine the actions to be taken in order to detect and reduce stock losses and to participate in the inventory counts to be carried out in the stores as a Census Observer/Inspector,
• To ensure that the counting firm and stores are inspected,
• To ensure that the census takes place in accordance with the procedures and to report the results.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Fluent in English and/or Turkish, (With local language)
• Graduated from associate or undergraduate departments of universities,
• Able to use SAP and Ms Office programs well,
• Having a detail-oriented working principle,
• Strong communication and coordination skills,
• Having analysis and reporting skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Flexible and prone to intense work tempo,
