As an order desk specialist youll be responsible for accepting, entering & following up of the customer orders in the required systems.

What Youll Do
- Accepting and validating the sales order by checking relevant information & managing the sales order up to delivery.
- Respond to customer questions & complaints regarding the product & services provided.
- Weekly & monthly reporting such as ; open order reports, DRM.
- Support the digitalization rood-map via MyLighting and automated priced orders.
- Previous experience in order desk/Supply Chain related roles.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs ( Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Fluency in English ( written & verbal ) .
- Effective communicator
