  • The People & Culture Intern North Africa (NA) will work closely with the NA People & Culture team on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Wellbeing projects within the JTI NA Cluster markets (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania).

 

  • She/he will also collaborate in other projects within the Human Resources area, such as Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, and much more!

WHAT WILL YOU DO…

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the P&C team and the Line managers in recruitment activities, including support for: job postings, screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.
  • Employer Branding: Support in the launch, communication and follow up of Employer Branding projects and initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities to attract talent and advertise JTI as a Top Employer.
  • Wellbeing: Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal communications, events, etc.
  • Learning & Development: Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the training and development actions within the North Africa cluster.
  • Collaborate in  other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal Communications.
  • Provide support in all the P&C Administrative tasks and reports.

 

YOU ARE…

  • We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, curious and organized intern. The candidate must demonstrate great communication skills and have a positive mindset, she/he will be expected to come up with bright and innovative ideas but also follow process that are already in place.
  • Education: Final year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources or in Marketing/Communication with a strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Languages: Fluent in French, English & Arabic both written & spoken.
