To strengthen our core team in Morocco - Berrechid, we are looking for a TECHNICAL DIRECTOR to join our company.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations in force;
• Ensure compliance with the rules of ethics;
• Ensure the rigorous application of GMP rules;
• Immediately inform the QP of any deviation from the laws and regulations in force;
• Participate with general management in the development of cash flow and the setting of industrial policy objectives;
• Supervise and coordinate the level of the production unit and all of the following technical activities: manufacturing, servicing and maintenance, production management;
• Coordinate industrial investment studies and ensure the development of the technical knowhow of the pharmaceutical establishment, the efficiency of production resources and the

optimization of industrial facilities;

• Optimize the use of the means made available concerning premises, installations, equipment and human and financial resources;
• Ensure production within the framework of cash flow and in compliance with procedures, costs and deadlines;
• Supervise the drafting of procedures and instructional and finished product files;
• Ensure the maintenance and development of the human skills of technical team.

The Successful Applicant:

• Authorized pharmacist;
• 6 years minimum experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Experience as Production Director/Supervisor with profound knowledge and hands-on approach in planning, manufacture, packing and maintenance;
• Good knowledge of new products transferences requirements and scaling-up;
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes validation;
• Leadership skills and team management;
• Management and adaptation capacity of the technical documentation in place;
• Spoken and written fluency in Arab, French and English.
