We are looking for a Process Coordinator with problem solving skills to work in our collaborative team environment.

Process Coordinators responsibilities includes collaboration with the production & quality departments in solving the process issues.

To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

Youll be the part of our Engineering community and will report to the ME Manager.

Your Role
  • Reviewing, updating and improving the production process / launch new products;
  • Analyze and implement engineering change letters received from the customer;
  • Prepare and implement work instructions for each process;
  • Provides to production and other departments correct documentation;
  • Provides support to production and quality departments in solving problems;
  • Reporting project status in terms of timing, improvements and innovations activities;
  • Participate in project team meetings and meetings of joint project analysis with other departments;
  • Instruct, guide and monitor the work of technicians.
Your Background
  • Bachelor/Masters degree - technical field
  • 3 years experience in similar position in Automotive Industry
  • Having experience in automated processes is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Good PC knowledge - MS Office; AutoCad
  • English advanced knowledge is a must
  • Increased capacity of technical analysis
  • Ability to coordinate a team of technicians
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and team working spirit
  • Good communication skills, self-educated and self-motivated
