Aufgaben
Aufgaben
- Actively supports Site Solutions organization and associated managers in their day-to-day business and is responsible for project procurement, budget, tooling, and financial administrative functions
- Tooling process support for EMEA Region, including the following:
- Purchasing SAP Demands
- Creating & Maintaining Regional Kits
- Tracking/Tracing of Assets
- Calibration Tracking/Tracing
- Project financial and procurement support, including the following:
- Vendor contract signing and qualification support
- ePR processing and PO creation
- Labor hours database ownership and upkeep
- Accounting process and support
- Budgeting tools upkeep and maintenance
- BS in an Engineering Discipline or related (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience in a similar role in a high-tech industry environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present to internal Varian teams at both the technical level and management level
- Demonstrated ability to motivate cross functional teams
- Strong organization skills and a detail orientation to coordinate and schedule necessary activities in the support of projects or programs as assigned
- Big picture mentality and appreciation of complex, high tech systems
- Must be fluent in English
- Proficient in utilizing SAP and MS Office program
