Job Purpose

Manage all lead QS able to coordinate with PCMs needs, Keep staffing plans up-to-date. Support risk assessment activities, assist procurement strategy. assist costing counterparts. Knowledge of software related to quantity measurements. SOP implementation and assurance. Manage extra claim and potential change notice

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Monitor all commercial information in relation to projects, Leading a team of QSs
• Provide advice on interpretation of contract requirements, Reviews the contractors close out administration and ensures that they meet their contractual requirements.
• Advise, where requested on procurement strategy; Identity, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks;
• Ensure timely processing of technical reports and deliverables; Review and value completed work and assist arranging payments when required;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in all tasks; Provide information for Quality and other Audits;
• Analyze and monitor subcontractor performance; 

Education

• Bac +4/5  Graduate & Postgraduate
• Curricula: Engineering & Project Management
