Sales Support Specialists / Inside Sales

Work location: Kraków

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Handle incoming customer requests by generating and distributing quotations to our business partners,

• Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with product managers and customers

• Assist with customer technical queries, directly or with the support of technical consultants

• Learn constantly by attending various IT trainings

WHO YOU ARE?

• You are fluent in English. Really, this is the “must have”

• You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone

• You like helping people

• You pay attention to the details

• You like learning new things and you learn quickly

• You are motivated and driven

• Some experience in sales or customer service
