Working as a quote support officer at Signify is dynamic. Youll be playing a key role in sales support process, cooperating closely with our sales team and customers from the professional channel. Were greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

Were looking for a Quote Support Officer wholl be responsible for providing operational and technical support in sales process

Youll be part of the Signify Morocco professional sales team

What Youll Do

• You'll support the professional sales organization by managing the bid / quote / pricing process in order to provide high quality quotation proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets
• You'll produce and deliver timely and accurate proposals
• You'll monitor the market of public tenders in Morocco
• You'll hold deep knowledge of our company products, systems and services
• You'll interact with sales colleagues and customers in a professional and competent manner
  

What Youll Need

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Ca. 2+ years of bid /quote / pricing experience in the Lighting or Electricity industry & public sector (as a must), basic experience with the lighting design preferred
• Fluent French (both orally and in writing) is obligatory, at least communicative level of English is obligatory
• Around 2+ years in similar role requiring customer interaction (with internal and/or external customers)
• At least good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizing skills
• Customer centric attitude with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs
