We are looking for a recruitment and training specialist to join our company within the HR department:
Main Duties & Responsibilities
▪ Collect recruitment needs,
▪ Create Job Postings,
▪ Conduct sourcing activities to fill in open positions,
▪ Identify Potential Candidates,
▪ Conduct Screening Interviews,
▪ Review employment applications and background check reports,
▪ Conduct orientation processes for new recruited employees,
▪ Follow up the processes of training and development programs,
▪ Evaluate and developing the training programs,
Qualifications:
▪ Minimum University Degree.
▪ Fluent English (written & verbal).
▪ Minimum 2 year of experience.
▪ Capable of handling confidential information.
▪ Knowledge of MS Office programs Specific Competencies.
▪ Good planning and organization skills.
▪ High sense of responsibility.
▪ Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
▪ Traveling required.
