Mission

The Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for oversight of enterprise-wide
information security policy, strategy, architecture, operations, and risk management functions.
He/she oversees and coordinates security initiatives working with Intelcia regional CISOs, Customers
and business leaders and staff including human resources, audit & compliance, corporate and
financial investigations, legal, enterprise security, systems operations and systems development. The
CISO will provide vision and leadership necessary to manage information security risk to the
organization to ensure business alignment, effective governance, operational efficiency, performance
monitoring and measurement. The CISO will provide executive level decision support through both
informal and formal means, including but not limited to executive level metrics, dashboards, risk
analysis and mitigation, risk acceptance and risk reporting.

Position Responsibilities : 
- Provide vision and leadership to develop and execute on an enterprise information security mission,
vision, strategy and roadmap. Align with enterprise business strategy and objectives, gain executive approval and support, and oversee successful execution and coordination
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive information security program to ensure
appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety, privacy and recovery of information
assets owned, controlled or/and processed by the organization
- Develop and maintain practical and actionable information security policies and standards that
reflect the practicalities and needs of the business while keeping pace with changes in the business
environment, technology and threats to effectively mitigate and manage security risk to the business
- Develop and maintain a highly qualified staff of information security professionals across the
enterprise. Build and maintain executive relationships necessary for the successful execution of the
information security program
- Maintain accountability for information security program governance through formal reporting to
the Chief Information Officer

Profil Recherché

- Prior CISO role in a global or large company is desirable
- Experience presenting to executive level, including the board of directors is highly desirable
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field is preferred
- Must have at least one of the following active certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC
- Other related certifications such as ITIL, PMP, SANS/GSEC, CIPP, CPP, CGEIT, CPA/CA are preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of market information security frameworks, norms and standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.)
- Ability to travel domestically and globally is required
- Minimum of 10 years executive/consulting leadership in information security policy, standards, architecture, operations, technology and programs is required
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills, excellent influencing, and problem resolution skills
- Language skills: fluent English and French are mandatory, Spanish or Portuguese are desirable
