Job Description

• The mission is to develop the building System Integrators
• Manage relationship of a group of System Integrators (portfolio) at geographical level to meet sales objectives.
• The mission is to develop the Building System Integrators leading the EcoExpert plan and coordinating the projects from prescription to execution.
• Experience in BMS projects
• Define Strategy, Marketing plan and action Plans in coordination with Marketing team.
• Conquest new Partners deploying value proposition.
• Ensure all the actions needed to ensure orders and sales objectives by line of product.
• Pilot and coordinate projects from prescription to execution
• Define commercial targets by customers and categorized customer by attractiveness and potential
•  Commercial efficiency follow up in order to be efficient
• Regular animation, visits, events, etc
• Collaboration with other colleagues managing other channel to maximize global Schneider Electric results.

Qualifications
Key requirements

• Minimum experience 5 years
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Team Player and collaborator across functions
• Capability to work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• High degree of initiative and pro-active approach
• Ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
• Strong inter-personal and influence skills.
