For our own need, we are recruiting our futur Sales Executive / Consultant (F/M), to be part of AFRICAWORK consultants Team.

MISSIONS :
 
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs ;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through social media, networking and cold calling ;
- Set up meetings with potential clients ;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on productes and services ;
- Negociate / close deals and handle complaints or objections

REQUIREMENTS :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Experience in a RECRUITING firm is a major asset)
- Proficiency in English AND French
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven pproach
- Master's degree in Marketing and Sales
