• Manages team responsible for quote and transactional sales support within a business region (EMEA)

• Determines appropriate procedures to support the business needs

• Identifies and drives opportunities for process improvements for team

• Meets and exceed SLAs in providing support to the sales team, route agnostic, for VMware software licensing products

• Maintain good business relationships with all cross-functional teams

Essential Requirements

• Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work

• Undergraduate degree required (Master’s Degree preferred)

• Fluent English (Written and Verbal), knowledge of additional languages desired

• Experience with all Microsoft applications (Strong PowerPoint skills)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask & organizational and planning skills
