What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Analyst, Early Solutions Engagement, you will be responsible for managing the proposal submission process from initial contact through to contract signing. The Proposal Senior Analyst manages a virtual team to develop a compliant, compelling and thorough proposal response to meet the needs of the customer.

You will :

• Facilitate end-to-end process; leads stakeholders and resources to effectively respond to customer’s proposal requirements, coordinates internal Dell resources to effectively respond to customer’s proposal requirements, ensures appropriate governance is adhered to, and required approvals are obtained and archived.

• Follow proposal management processes and methodologies: Work is guided by operational and project objectives, manages multiple assignments and processes, independently determines approach to project, anticipates and prevents potential problems

• Communicate information with sales force and cross-functional organizations and updates management on project/activity status.

• Recommend process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience through improved response processes.

• Lead larger cross functional teams (beyond sales and finance) and extends capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.

Essential Requirements

• 2-4 years Bid management experience or Project management experience is mandatory

• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and French

• Good knowledge of Dell’s portfolio of offerings

• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job

• Strong organizational and program management skills.
