Job Purpose

Participate to discipline estimate development.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision and guidance of an experienced estimator. General tasks and duties are assigned and work is revised for integrity and accuracy.
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Estimating database.
• Be familiar with different classes and methodology of estimates.
• Participate in the preparation of labour rates and productivity factors. 
• Assist in the preparation of benchmarks and different factors to use in the estimates. 

Education

• Bac + 5
• Curricula: Engineering preferably or Construction, Estimating and Cost Control

Global Experience

• 3 to 5 years

Specific Experience in the position

• 1 year minimum as an estimator
