Poste :

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have as main role performing the financial forecast, monitoring the company activities’ performance and driving action plans as well as cascading the yearly budgets.

You will have as main tasks :

• Acting as trusted Partner and support company management team to successfully steer business
• Drive activities business controlling such as budgeting, forecast cycles, closing …
• Liaise and develop trusted cooperation with the group controlling teams through your quality of reportings, data accuracy and respect of deadlines;
• Responsible for month, quarterly and yearly end closing activities,
• Coordinate the controlling & reporting activities with the group to provide the local team with the relevant orientations and tools to drive and monitor their performance
• participate in the deployment of certain projects and drive continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools, especially in the context of digitization and simplification of procedures
• assert yourself as a SPOC in supporting and assisting teams to align with the expectations of your activity and also in the requirement as an internal customer to obtain the expected feedback and reporting on time.
   

Profil recherché :

Specific required criteria’s :

• Bac+5 in Finance/ Controlling/Accounting
• A minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar position within a structured industrial company.
• Very strong analytical skills,
• Conceptual and structured thinking
• Proactiveness, good sense of prioritization,
• Strong verbal and written skills in both French/English for presentations and reports
• Ability to interact with top Management and operational teams as well;
• Good skills in MS Office and SAP or Similar
• Fluent in English.
