Job Purpose

As a member of the Risk Management Department, the Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for developing the overall risk process in terms of risk identification, assessment and monitoring in accordance with JESA Group’s overall Enterprise Risk Management and as per company strategic objectives.
The Senior Risk Analyst will prepare periodic risk reports and registers and monitors risk action plans on ongoing basis.
The Senior Risk Analyst will also assist when request, the head of Risk Management with periodic reporting and will prepare presentation to the audit & risk committee.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

• Contribute in implementing JESA Group Policy of Risk Management and the related standards that define the managerial rules of the risk in the company.            
• Prepare and consolidate the risks identified through the Business Units.            
• Participate in the preparation of the risks workshops within the BUs and JESA Group.            
• Update and maintain BUs Risk Registers and ensure actions plans follow up and monitoring in a monthly basis.            
• Update in a timely manner the risk registers and report opportunities and threats that affect the achievement of the objectives of the organization.            
• Contribute in preparing and set up a Business Continuity Plan in order to recover from a significant business disruption.            
• Participate to Ad-Hoc missions as request by the Head of Risk Management.            

Education

• Bac +4/5
• Curricula: Business School, Engineering School

Global Experience

• 5-10 years

Specific Experience in the position

• A relevant experience with risk management is a must
