Our Client are expanding the team for our a global spirits luxury company with multiple international brands house-hold names in its stable.
We are looking to recruit a Social Manager to work on this account as a dedicated member of the team on a long-term contract basis. The team’s role is to service our client’s various content production, and requests range from video production and post-production, to static social posts, to shootings and content for web (static and dynamic).
The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both social and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:
? Delivering a suite of insight solutions across social content, channels, trends, audiences, cultural and thematic analysis
? Track social trends and new usages
? Delivering insights into the performance of owned social channels, content, and audiences, using our social analytics tools (Khoros) on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
? Responsible of posting all the planned assets for the month on the KHOROS tool, working hand in hand with our Content Strategist
? Point person for countries on the KHOROS implementation and training
? Ensure the monthly updates of the content performance dashboard (social, website)
? Delivering thoughtful, inspiring social intelligence, developing them into guiding insights to solve a client challenge.
? The Social Manager will also work with our team to ensure we are creating audience, channel and content strategies that resonate with audiences.


Profil recherché :
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
? Minimum 3-5 years proven social intelligence or analyst expertise.
? Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
? Publish all social post on KHOROS (publication tool on social platforms)
? Analyse social data and provide summary, recommendations, and learning.
? Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly social report.
