We are looking for a Social Media Expert / Advertising to join team.

What you will do:
A Social Media Expert interacts with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our program services and provide client care services to new target audiences. He must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities
• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video, and HTML)
• Create and maintain program unit’s social media pages and profiles
• Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
• Implement and manage our social media strategy and define most important social media KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
• Strong understanding of all social platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to cultivate metrics and identify meaningful trends.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, results-driven personality.
• Ability to demonstrate capacity for innovation, idea generation and strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment.
