If theres an issue with a customers product, well analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

You Will

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure full ownership on customer repair requests, monitor and track requests to ensure accurate solution
  • Meet and exceed SLAs in providing support to our Internal & External customers
  • Gather all proper information necessary and create a quote for customers meeting the revenue and CX goals
  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands and autonomously manages calendar and time allocation
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
Essential Requirements
  • Fluent in French, English is a plus
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Customer focus and do the right thing mindset
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
