Purpose of the position

Kalmar is looking for a Trainee Marketing Assistant IMEA Region, on fixed-term contract for 1 year, responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in coordinating marketing activities, undertaking daily operational errands and continuous self-development tasks.

This position is based in Casablanca, in Morocco. The role is reporting to the Director, Solution Sales IMEA.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Support in planning, developing, and executing activities, campaigns and events to inform the organisation's target audience about relevant matters to the company
  • Support in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Support in various development and operative tasks of the function
  • Participation in various topics and annual processes
  • Provide administrative support, following the travelling allowances and ensuring to establish the dossiers for the international payments
  • Updates own knowledge by participating in improvement opportunities.
What Youll Need To Succeed

Ideally you have
  • Basic basic knowledge and skills in the marketing area
  • Typically graduating or recently graduated and/or some experience in practical work
  • Support executing marketing plans for assigned unit (guidance is provided)
  • Work according to clear guidelines and routines with close supervision
  • Develop own way of working and solve daily routine issues
  • Exchange information and knowledge mainly with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
