The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef position should have:
• Degree level culinary education
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• As head chef you must have excellent management, financial and people skills
• Excellent creative cooking skills, service standards and a confident, outgoing personality is a must
• An understanding of how to keep costs in line and minimise wastage
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best
• Commitment to sustainability, diversity and inclusivity.
• Fluent in both French and English an advantage
