- Review arrivals / departure lists to welcome passengers
- Welcoming passengers in a friendly and professional way- Take a proactive approach to ensuring the guests experience is memorable- Providing information about the FBO facilities, and other services- Anticipate passengers needs and offer assistance- Help prepare a customized experience for each passenger- Record information in the logbook daily- Addressing and escalating passengers complaints to management- Confidently handling guest concerns
- Answer all emails and phone calls in a friendly and timely manner.- Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty- Maintain the work space- Coordinate with Ops/F&Bfor smooth operation- Have full product knowledge- Reportany maintenance needs- Any other duties assigned by line Manager
