As the Marketing and Communication Coordinator you will ensure the smooth running of the Marketing and Communication Department operation and ensuring that the MO Brand Standards are met at all times. You will interact and communicate with external guests and partners and all relevant departments.

As a Marketing and Communication Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • To be the key representative of MO brand in conjunction with the leadership team.
  • Promoting the mission, vision and identity of MO Brand.
  • Responsible for the Marketing & Communication administration, control and communication.
  • Ensures that all communication from M&C office meets corporate standards.
  • Performing extra duties as requested by DOSM
  • Taking responsibility for the requests and production of all marketing communications materials and collaterals.
  • Handling Purchase Requisitions of M&C office, ensuring that tracking of items purchased are monitored and followed up on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring all marketing communications activities are carried out honestly, ethically and culturally (Internally) sensitive.
  • Processing and handling Media, FAM Trips and Influencers hosting (flight bookings, accommodation, collaterals, Itinerary, Internal communication and other necessary requirements for the MO WOW Experience).
  • Managing data filing system and Database updates for the department
  • Assisting in retrieving production reports for MO MRK and Corporate
  • Ensuring that the contract tracking for all sale segments are well updated and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Ensuring that all campaigns offline and online are well prepared and communicated
  • To attend marketing meetings and any other meetings requested and produce minutes to be distributed to the relevant departments.
  • Updates relevant information/documents on the Brand site and other platforms
  • Assist for Photoshoots and Video shootings
  • Establishes and maintains professionally effective communication within the whole Sales & Marketing department and to supporting departments.
  • Handles confidential or classified material and ensures the code of confidentiality is kept at all times while maintaining professional office etiquette and discretion.
  • Monitor competitor set and market situation, gleaning intelligence for business development.
  • Promote a friendly, dynamic and collaborative work environment that includes, open communication, team work, participation, creativity, trust, respect, professionalism and fun.
  • Take a positive and resourceful approach to every project and activity.
  • Manage content updates Online and Offline, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance and related metrics
  • Conduct and develop regular social media promotions and campaigns and track their success regularly
  • Ensure that all MO MRK employees strictly follow brand standards and other related guidelines, through monitoring, audits, knowledge sharing, etc.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of domestic and overseas promotional events.
  • Take appropriate action in the event of crises, e.g., announcements, statements, etc., working with the relevant teams as necessary.
  • Strive for the highest levels of professional integrity in order to ensure brand reputation is maintained at all times
  • Responsible for achieving the marketing, communications and public relations mission goals and financial objectives, ensure appropriate evaluation systems are in place.
